REFUNDS     Orders that are placed and cancelled or returned for refund for any other reason than failure to fulfill the promised results in use will be subject to an accounting and handling fee based on when the order is cancelled. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will be subject to a 15% or $20 accounting fee, whichever is greater. Orders received by customer and then returned by authorized RAC will be subject to 15% or $20 accounting fee, whichever is greater, plus all shipping costs to and from supplier and subject to any damages to product as determined by Vortex Chillers.Com. Products returned without proper RAC code will become the exclusive property of Vortex Chillers.Com and there will be no refunds issued of any kind regardless of claim.

SHIPPING   Buyer agrees that all items ordered will be paid for in full prior to their shipping arrangements from our facilities via Fed Ex, or other parcel carrier of our choosing to a STREET ADDRESS and not a post office box.  If customer arranges to have items picked up through their own shipping means, or for any other reason product is not collected by the buyer upon purchase, buyer agrees to arrange for the prompt collection and or shipment of the order within 15 days of purchase. Should buyer fail to do so, buyer agrees to reimburse Vortex Chillers.Com  3% of full purchase price of said items, per day, for storage beginning with the first full day after purchase. If, after 33 calendar days, all items have not yet been arranged for by the buyer, these items will be sold to recover storage fees.  Should monetary collections be needed to satisfy monies owed by buyer to Vortex Chillers.Com, buyer agrees to pay any and all court costs incurred by Vortex Chillers.Com associated with collections.
